Our Leadership Philosophy
At Grace Reformed Church of Weiser, we follow the biblical model of church leadership as outlined in Scripture. Our leadership structure includes elders who provide spiritual oversight and deacons who serve the practical needs of the congregation.
Our elders are called to shepherd the flock, teach sound doctrine, and provide pastoral care. They are men of character who meet the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
Our deacons serve the church by managing practical matters, caring for those in need, and supporting the ministry of the elders. They are men of good reputation who are filled with the Spirit and wisdom.
